Our store is hosted on WIX Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements that the customer (referred to as "you") enters with Aurore Being S.à.r.l.-s. (refered to as "Aurore Being" or "We"). By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions before you place an order.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without prior notice.

The version of Terms & Conditions that apply to your order are those found on the website at the time you place your order.

 

General conditions

 

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

 

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

 

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

 

Price

 

The prices of our products and services are indicated in euros all-inclusive of tax. All orders are payable in euros. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

 

Order

 

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Aurore Being will be completed when we email you a tracking number to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Luxembourg.

 

Secure payment 

 

We accept Credit and Debit Cards. Payments are made by credit/debit card with Stripe, a Secure Online Credit Card Payment Service. It is safe to shop with credit card at www.aurorebeing.com. Your credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Encryption technology has a high safety standard. This means that the information is sent via a secure connection and your card information cannot be read by outsiders. 

 

Shipping and delivery

 

We ship all goods orders with POST / DHL directly from Luxembourg. Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout. The prices shown on aurorebeing.com when shipping to Europe include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs. The price is the same regardless of size and weight. The Parcels inside Europe normally arrive within 3 to 14 working days from the date we receive the order. Orders outside of Europe can take up to 2 or 3 weeks. In case a package is returned to Luxembourg because you did not claim the package, we do not send replacements. Aurore Being is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your parcel during delivery as we are not in charge of this process. You will be responsible for any further customs charges that could be applied to your package.

 

Return and refund

 

We will refund your order within 14 days upon you receiving your purchase. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition accompanied by the original receipt. In case of any dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. No return is offered on reduced/discounted items. When we receive the items, we will review it and you will be refunded the amount you have paid at the time of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you. We reserve the right to withhold a payment until the item is received. When the item is received, we will return the money within 7 weekdays. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used at the purchase. For example, if you have paid by credit card, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment credit card you used to purchase. We reserve the right of a partial refund or no refund at all if the value of the product returned is reduced because you have used or washed it or the product has been damaged whilst in your possession or you have not followed the restrictions in the right of refund. Applicable law and dispute resolution

 

These Terms & Conditions for Aurore Being website are subject to Luxembourgish law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the court of Luxembourg notwithstanding multiple respondents or third-party appeals.
